- Malts: Pale, Vienna, Acidulated Wheat
- Extras: L. Casei & L. Plantarum (souring bacteria)
Remember when you were a kid and you’d go to the milkbar with a handful of coins and buy a pack of fruit tingles?
Fruit tingles are full of fruity goodness with a sherbet tang on the tastebuds. A bit like this Berliner Weisse. The dry white wine and sour tang in this can come from the fermentation and souring, while the tropical fruit flavour and aroma is thanks to heaps of hops added during the whirlpool.
At 3.5% ABV you can session on this all day long!
