“High and Dry” Brut IPA
- 6.2% ABV, 00 IBU
- Hops: Enigma, Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka
- Malts: Pilsner, Wheat
- Other: Amylase Enzyme
Brut IPA only really became a thing in the last year or so. Originating from San Francisco, this hop-forward IPA is much drier and crisper than other IPAs, hence the comparison to Brut Champagne.
We teamed up with Wolf of the Willows to build on their Brut IPA and of course, add something extra by the way of Enigma hops.
